When you get a tracking number

When the parcel ships, not when you order. Orders are handled in 24 to 48 hours while they are picked and packed, and the tracking email goes out at the point the carrier takes it.

Then how long

Five to seven days across Australia, from the point it ships.

More than one parcel

Items in one order may travel separately. If part of your order arrives and part has not, that is normal and the rest is usually a day or two behind.

If the tracking has not moved

Carrier tracking can sit still for a day or two and then catch up in one go. If it has not moved for several days, email theteam@industrytools.net.au with your order number and we will chase it.

If it says delivered and it is not there

Check with neighbours and look for a card first, then tell us. We will raise it with the carrier, and if the parcel is genuinely lost we put it right.
